Grateful for every teaching moment." π©πΌπ«π₯° During my third week of teaching practice, I found myself navigating the complexities of the classroom with increasing confidence . The week began with a focus on engaging students more actively in lessons. I experimented with group activities, which sparked lively discussions and allowed students to learn from one another. Classroom managementπ©πΌπ« continued to be a learning curve. It was rewarding to see students respond positively to my innovative techniques, leading to fewer disruptions and a more conducive learning environment. As usual we have disciplinary duty and the mid-day meal programπ§ ππ. Serving as a disciplinary monitor taught me valuable life skills such as responsibility, leadership, and time management, while also fostering empathy and communication with peers and staff.
