"Concise teaching for effective learning" 👩🏼‍🏫✨

Stepping into the world of microteaching was a transformative experience that ignited a mix of excitement and nerves within me. As a budding educator, I was eager to put my lesson plans and pedagogical strategies to the test before my peers.

In the lead-up to my microteaching session, I became obsessed with planning every detail. I crafted engaging lesson plans, tailored activities to diverse learning styles, and anticipated potential hiccups. Each element mattered, from the opening hook to the concluding reflection.

As I entered the classroom, butterflies fluttered in my stomach. But as I began teaching, I found my footing. I adapted to the dynamic environment, gauging student reactions, adjusting pacing, and addressing questions with poise. Flexibility became my ally, enabling me to pivot seamlessly in response to unforeseen circumstances.

The true value of microteaching lay in the feedback that followed. Constructive critique from peers and mentors provided a 360-degree view of my strengths and weaknesses. Each insight served as a compass, guiding me towards pedagogical refinement.

Through meticulous preparation, dynamic engagement, and reflective practice, I emerged from the microteaching experience with newfound insights and a renewed commitment to teaching. I carry the lessons learned from this experience with me, poised to embrace the challenges and triumphs that lie ahead in my journey to inspire minds and shape futures.

"The future looks bright, and this internship is just the beginning!" 👩🏼‍🏫🏫✨ The initiation of my school internship😄........ This School internship is the first hand experience as a teacher in my life. The very well beginning as a teacher gets started and it was a memorable one. I filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness during the first two days. The Principal,  welcomed us warmly. I was allotted to NRPM Higher Secondary School, Kayamkulam along with the rest of my six colleagues. Me, Vishnupriya, Devika, Kajal, Mereena, Sreejitha, Bhagyalekshmi together visited the office and mark our attendance. We are allotted with a classroom as a staff room.
