On a bright afternoon, our college community gathered to commemorate National Reading Day with great enthusiasm and reverence for the written word.

The event began with a thoughtful speech by our classmate Saranya, who highlighted the significance of reading in our lives. She eloquently reminded us of the power of books to educate, inspire, and transform us.

Following Saranya's speech, Harilekshmi shared her personal journey with reading. She recounted how she found solace in books during a challenging period and how reading became her lifelong companion. Her narrative resonated with many of us, underscoring the personal and intellectual growth that comes from embracing literature.

Our principal then addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a reading habit. She urged all students to devote time to reading regularly, as it enhances knowledge, broadens perspectives, and nurtures critical thinking. Her words served as a motivating call to action for everyone present.

The celebration culminated in an engaging competition where students enthusiastically participated by writing about their favorite book characters. This competition showcased our creativity and reinforced our appreciation for literary figures who have left an indelible mark on our imaginations.

As the day concluded, the spirit of National Reading Day lingered in the air, inspiring us to pick up new books, explore diverse genres, and continue our journey as avid readers.

"The future looks bright, and this internship is just the beginning!" 👩🏼‍🏫🏫✨ The initiation of my school internship😄........ This School internship is the first hand experience as a teacher in my life. The very well beginning as a teacher gets started and it was a memorable one. I filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness during the first two days. The Principal,  welcomed us warmly. I was allotted to NRPM Higher Secondary School, Kayamkulam along with the rest of my six colleagues. Me, Vishnupriya, Devika, Kajal, Mereena, Sreejitha, Bhagyalekshmi together visited the office and mark our attendance. We are allotted with a classroom as a staff room.
