"Breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable terms." πŸ‘©πŸΌ‍πŸ«πŸ«πŸ§‘‍🀝‍πŸ§‘   This week is full of joy and I touch the ribbon of my teaching career. As usual the week is full of duties and responsibilities and hand full of substitution πŸ˜….Strong teacher-student relationships fuel engagement and motivation. Simple gestures like asking about their day or passions create a supportive learning environment, making students feel valued, seen, and heard. I do my responsibility with all my heart. Me and my colleagues did te mid day meal πŸ›πŸšserving at Thursday and Friday.   I have my second optional observation scheduled for the weekend, specifically on Friday. I transact the concept verywell to my students. I made a model on the topic gravitation. My students like it very muchπŸ₯°. In every classroom, I see the incredible diversity of perspectives and strengths that each student brings. By tailoring my teaching approach, I strive to connect with stud...

" Building connections and sharing knowledge—proud to be on this teaching journey." 🏫❤️πŸ‘©πŸΌ‍🏫 This week was a mix of successes and challenges in my teaching journey🀩.  As usual  I had my regular period . We had various activities, including discipline duty, managing substitution classes, serving mid-day mealsπŸšπŸ›, supervising a quiz competitionπŸ“, and conducting special counseling classes on women's safetyπŸ‘©πŸΌ. I'm proud of the progress made in classroom management, thanks to implementing a positive reinforcement system. Gathering student feedback was invaluable. While many enjoyed group activities, some felt overwhelmed by the lesson pace. I'll incorporate more review sessions and check-ins to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Reflecting on this week reinforces my commitment to creating a supportive learning environment. I'll continue to grow as an educator by acknowledging successes and challenges, refining my teaching practices to better serve my studen...

"Trying to remember all the teaching tips they taught us… at once!" πŸ‘©πŸΌ‍πŸ«πŸ’— Just like every week, I continued my first school internship. All my day starts with signing my attendance register. This week is full of responsibility. I got my regular period where I execute my lesson planπŸ˜ƒ. This week, I had my first optional observation class and general observation too.  I took the topic 'MOMENTUM'. I am bit nervous because of the observation. As I reflect on my recent teaching practice, I am struck by the rich opportunities for growth and exploration that I experienced in the classroom. I can effectively transact the concept. My teacher give valuable suggestions to improve my teaching style. This experience highlighted the value of patience and creativity in teaching. My teaching practice was a crucial milestone in my journey as an educator, and I’m thankful for the insights gained, connections made, and obstacles overcome. I now feel more equipped to pursue a fulfill...

"Small steps towards making a big difference in students' lives." πŸ‘©πŸΌ‍πŸ«πŸ§‘‍🀝‍πŸ§‘πŸ€© This week was busy and full of special moments! The main event was the parent-teacher meetingπŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘¦, where teachers and parents came together to discuss students' progress. These meetings are important because they help parents and teachers work as a team, making sure students get the support they need to succeed. Besides the meetings, the school held a morning assembly, giving students a chance to show their talents, share ideas, and connect with each other. The assembly is an important part of school life, helping build a strong sense of community and unity. This week, we also celebrated student achievements in Kalolsavam, a well-known competition that highlights student talent. The prize distribution ceremony  πŸ†πŸŽ–️πŸ…was a proud moment for students, parents, and teachers, honoring the hard work and dedication of these young achievers. Overall, this week sho...
