This week was a mix of successes and challenges in my teaching journey🤩.  As usual  I had my regular period . We had various activities, including discipline duty, managing substitution classes, serving mid-day meals🍚🍛, supervising a quiz competition📝, and conducting special counseling classes on women's safety👩🏼. I'm proud of the progress made in classroom management, thanks to implementing a positive reinforcement system.

Gathering student feedback was invaluable. While many enjoyed group activities, some felt overwhelmed by the lesson pace. I'll incorporate more review sessions and check-ins to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Reflecting on this week reinforces my commitment to creating a supportive learning environment. I'll continue to grow as an educator by acknowledging successes and challenges, refining my teaching practices to better serve my students👩🏼‍🏫🧑‍🤝‍🧑.

"The future looks bright, and this internship is just the beginning!" 👩🏼‍🏫🏫✨ The initiation of my school internship😄........ This School internship is the first hand experience as a teacher in my life. The very well beginning as a teacher gets started and it was a memorable one. I filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness during the first two days. The Principal,  welcomed us warmly. I was allotted to NRPM Higher Secondary School, Kayamkulam along with the rest of my six colleagues. Me, Vishnupriya, Devika, Kajal, Mereena, Sreejitha, Bhagyalekshmi together visited the office and mark our attendance. We are allotted with a classroom as a staff room.
