A step closer to becoming a good teacher!🏫👩🏼‍🏫#Second School Internship #Sixth week.

"Learning classroom skills from the best!" 👩🏼‍🏫🏫✨

This week has been a pivotal moment in my growth as an educator. I participated in observation classes, which offered valuable feedback on my teaching strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. These insights have been instrumental in helping me refine my teaching skills and enhance my overall practice.
 I started my research. I belong to action research group. My first step is to conduct a pre-test. Students gave there valuable answer.
This week's experience has been a powerful reminder that teaching is a continuous learning process. I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on my practice, identify areas for improvement, and implement positive changes that will benefit my students. As I move forward, I am excited to apply the lessons learned this week, further refining my craft and providing the best possible education for my students.

On Wednesday as a part of action research I show a video to introduce some elements in the periodic table. On Thursday I conducted a role play about some elements . My student executed their role very well. On Friday I introduce a mnemonics to gave familiarity of elements with a catchy phrase" Hi Hello Listen BCC On Friday Night".
This week's experience has been a powerful reminder that teaching is a continuous learning process. I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on my practice, identify areas for improvement, and implement positive changes that will benefit my students. "The future looks bright, and this internship is just the beginning!" 👩🏼‍🏫🏫✨ The initiation of my school internship😄........ This School internship is the first hand experience as a teacher in my life. The very well beginning as a teacher gets started and it was a memorable one. I filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness during the first two days. The Principal,  welcomed us warmly. I was allotted to NRPM Higher Secondary School, Kayamkulam along with the rest of my six colleagues. Me, Vishnupriya, Devika, Kajal, Mereena, Sreejitha, Bhagyalekshmi together visited the office and mark our attendance. We are allotted with a classroom as a staff room. Besides as there are teacher trainees from other college and the interact with as very well which make as  more comfortable there.👭🫂 Since the Onam examination was underway, we didn't have any teaching duties.
